Shipping Information
Nysa offers UPS ground shipping for the Continental US and Canada only.  Please note that UPS does not ship to PO boxes, and
does not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday.  We strive to ship orders within 2 business days of confirmation of receipt.


Tracking Your Order
Once you have placed an order, Nysa will send you a confirmation of your order via email. If you require a tracking number for your
order, please contact our
customer service department.


Florida Sales Tax
Nysa is required by law to collect 6.5% sales tax on orders shipped to Florida.


Return Policy
Our Policy
Nysa strives to provide our customers with the best products and service possible.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with our
products, we will accept exchanges or returns of any unused or defective merchandise, within 14 days of receipt of your order.  A
refund will only be given to a customer if the product was purchased directly from
NysaYoga.com.

Instructions for returning products to Nysa
1) Please email our Customer Service Department.  We will send you an exchange/return authorization number that you must affix
to the outside of your return package, as well as a return form that is to be filled out and enclosed with return merchandise.  If
exchanges/returns are sent to us without the exchange/return authorization number they will be refused and returned to the sender.
Email Instructions: In the subject of your email, please write "exchange/refund."  In the body of your email, please include your
invoice number, and your first and last name.  If you are exchanging a product, please be sure to include the item name, quantity,
color, and size (if applicable) of the item you would like.
2) We highly recommend shipping your exchange/return items with a carrier that provides insurance and a tracking number.  Nysa
will not be responsible for packages lost in transit.
3) Nysa will not issue refunds for shipping charges.  Nysa will pay for shipping and handling charges for an exchange item we ship
to you.
4) Your request will be processed within 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your package.
